How to Order

Every piece is made to order in my shop in Delaware, Ohio. Here's how it works.

1. Reach out. Send an Instagram DM to @BeardManLeather or email chris@beardmanleather.com. Tell me what you'd like and any custom details.

2. Get a quote. I'll confirm the price, your options, and the build time.

3. Pay a deposit. A 50% deposit by Venmo starts your build. The rest is due by Venmo before it ships.

4. Handmade for you. I'll keep you posted and ship it when it's done.

The Heritage Wallet

Hand tooled spring clip wallet in Hermann Oak leather.

From $225. About 4 weeks, sometimes sooner.

The Tote

Horween full grain from Chicago, tanning since 1905. It darkens with every carry, so your bag ends up looking like nobody else's. Cut and finished at my bench in Delaware, Ohio. Big inside pocket, inside key clip, and an optional water bottle holder. Choose your leather color, rolled or strap handles, stitching color, and hardware in copper, nickel, brass, or black.

Belts

Single ply English bridle: $135, about 2 weeks.

Two ply, stitched: $200, about 2 weeks.

Buckstitched, basket weave tooled: $335, 4 to 6 weeks.

Questions

Do you take payment other than Venmo?

Venmo is how I take payment. A 50% deposit starts your build, and the rest is due before it ships.

Can I customize my order?

Yes. Leather color, stitching color, hardware, and tooling can be changed on most pieces. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll let you know what's possible.

Will a spring clip wallet hold my cards?

Once it's broken in, each pocket holds 6 to 8 cards. It starts snug and stretches to fit.

What leather do you use?

Full grain Horween leather from Chicago and Hermann Oak leather, two of the best tanneries in the country.

Can you make something that isn't listed here?

Probably. Send me a DM or an email and we'll talk it through.

How do I care for my leather?

Keep it dry and wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Once or twice a year, rub in a thin coat of conditioner. For totes, I recommend Venetian Shoe Cream. For tooled wallets and belts, I recommend Fiebing's Leather Balm with Atom Wax, rubbed into a cloth first so it doesn't build up in the tooling. Your leather will darken and get better with age.

Do you ship?

Yes. Shipping within the US is added to your quote at cost. Local pickup in Delaware, Ohio is also available.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Every piece is made to order just for you, so custom work is final sale. If something is wrong with my work, like a stitch or a snap, let me know and I'll make it right.
